Circular Strength Training

Intu-Flow®, Ageless Mobility® and FlowFit® programs are a part of the unique Circular Strength Training® (CST) created by Scott Sonnon.

After a lifetime of physical wear and tear on his body, Coach Sonnon resolved to formulate a system to help his own body revert to its healthiest state. He realized that a system based on preventative health concepts hadn’t been offered before. Before Scott Sonnon, no one had pioneered prehabilitative fitness, which is based upon improving fitness through greater health, rather than fitness at the expense of health.

CST is a “prehab and post-rehab” approach to health and fitness combining pain-free mobility, dynamic flow yoga and natural athleticism. This approach employs pain-free, injury-free techniques which help you care for your body and prevent damage in the future.

CST is comprised of 3 Wings:

  1. Intu-Flow® Mobility Wellness
  2. Prasara Yoga (Six Degrees of Freedom)
  3. Clubbell® Athletics (Swinging Weights)

These Wings can be performed individually or as a complete system to achieve the best possible results.

Ageless Mobility® and Intu-Flow® programs represent Wing 1; FlowFit® is a part of Wing 2.

If you are just a fitness enthusiast, who is looking for pain-free quality of life and healthy longevity as well as the ability to move gracefully and effortlessly then these three programs are for you. You don't need to practice any other programs. You don't need to use any fitness equipment.
